General
1. Normal School/Office Hours are from 9AM – 5PM Tuesday, Thursday & Friday. (Offices may close at 4PM on Fridays.) 2. MS/HS Classes meet in the late morning - afternoon with the first class beginning at 11AM. 3. Private Music Lessons and Specialized Group Lessons take place on Wednesdays between the hours of 9AM & 5PM. (By Sign-up/Appt. Only.) 4. Westridge Athletic Programs/Classes take place on Mondays and Wednesdays at Lost Mountain Park unless otherwise noted. Elementary Classes meet on Mondays. MS/HS Classes meet on Wednesdays.
Arrival and Departure
- Teachers will arrive 15 minutes prior to class.
- Upper/Middle Students must arrive 10 minutes prior to class time with the first class beginning at 11AM.
- Pick-up Time for Upper/Middle Students is no later than 15 minutes after completion of class.
- Please adhere to our Carpool map (obtained at the school office) for entering and leaving the parking lot of our facility.
Carpool Please enter between the two Towne Square at Due West buildings and drop off at the front door of the school. Follow same procedure for Pick up.
Tuition & Fee Payments 1. Tuition payments are due at the 1st of the month. After the 5th, a $25 late fee will be assessed. Click Here for Tuition/Fees. 2. Some classes require extra fees. All fees must be paid at the beginning of each Semester.
Class Schedules, Changes & Procedures
- There will be a two week grace period in which students may change his/her class schedule.
- All Middle/Upper class schedule changes must be authorized by the parent and addressed to the school administrator for approval.
- In order to drop/change/add a class, a drop/add slip must be filled out and approved by the registrar. (Unless the drop/add/change is approved by the registrar, payment is still due for that particular class.)
- A monitored study hall will be provided for students who have a break in between classes.
- MS/HS students are only allowed to go off campus if the parent has signed the Permission to Leave Campus form. Middle School students (Grades 6-8) are only allowed to leave in a group of two or more students. (Click Here for the Permission to Leave Campus form.)
- All students (who have permission to leave campus) must sign out at the school office upon leaving campus.
Homework Assignments 1. All homework assignments will be completed on the student’s off-school days and turned in as required by each teacher. 2. Homework assignments will be distributed in calendar form either by email, online on the Homework Assignment page, or handed out in class. Click Here for the online Homework Assignment page. 3. Please note that even if a student misses a day of school, he/she is still required to turn in all assignments in a timely manner as the teacher deems appropriate. 4. Generally Homework Assignments are only given for Academic Core Classes and Elective classes taken for High School Credit. Report Cards 1. Report Cards are issued at the end of each semester. 2. If there is an outstanding balance on your student’s (yearly or monthly) tuition/fees, report cards/transcripts will be withheld until the outstanding balance is paid. Snacks 1. Please adhere to the below snack rules. a. No peanuts or peanut products allowed. b. No juice boxes, only bottled water. c. Oranges must be sliced. (Teachers do not have time to peel oranges.) d. Students are only allowed to eat snacks at times designated by the teacher. e.
